Airline rules apply

Refund and change rules are set by the airline and depend on the fare purchased. Your fare rules are shown to you by the agent before you confirm.

24-hour rule

For tickets purchased at least seven days before departure on flights to or from the United States, U.S. Department of Transportation rules may allow cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Other cancellations

If your fare is refundable, the airline refunds it according to its rules. Non-refundable fares may only be eligible for a travel credit or nothing at all.

Service fees

Any CheapFarez service fee is disclosed before purchase. Whether it is refundable will be stated at that time.

Airline-initiated changes

If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law. Contact us and we will help you request it.
