2. Our role

We act as an independent travel agent. We are not an airline or car rental company. The airline or supplier provides the travel service and its own conditions apply.

3. Fares and availability

Fares shown on this site are examples and can change without notice. A fare is not guaranteed until the agent confirms the total price with you and you approve the booking.

4. Service fees

Any service fee charged by CheapFarez will be disclosed to you before you pay, in addition to the airline fare, taxes and carrier charges.

5. Passenger information

Names must match the traveler's government-issued photo ID or passport. You are responsible for correct details, travel documents, visas and health requirements.

6. Changes and cancellations

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts, delays, schedule changes or cancellations by airlines or other suppliers.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
